Yes, we need access to run and track campaigns properly. You keep ownership of every account. We are added as a user, never as the owner.

What is AEO and do I need it?

AEO stands for answer engine optimisation, which means getting your business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation. It is not a separate discipline from SEO. It is good SEO plus structured data plus getting your brand mentioned across the wider web. We build it in as standard.

Less than you think. Your business details, access to your Google Business Profile if you have one, and a realistic monthly budget. If you do not have a website, a Google Business Profile or any tracking yet, that is normal, and building those is usually the first thing we do.
